How Can I Help You With Nutrition?

Nutrition is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and for athletic performance. While most people understand the importance of nutrition, many are unsure exactly what healthy eating looks like. And who can blame them? There is so much conflicting information floating around that can make nutrition seem quite complicated. My goal is to provide nutritional guidelines that are based on actual scientific evidence that will help you reach your goals. Whether it be weight loss or improved endurance performance, eating the correct foods will help support and give you the edge you need to succeed. Healthy eating is all about knowledge and application. I will give you the tools you need to be empowered to make healthy choices on your own. I will help support you along the way, but ultimately YOU need to make the changes. Healthy eating is not a finish line, it's an ongoing, lifelong journey. By learning how to properly fuel you will enable yourself to get the most out of your training and have a higher quality of life.

Monthly Nutrition Plan

Looking for more direction and interaction? The on-going nutrition plan is great way to keep on track and stay motivated. 

What’s included:

  • Monthly meeting to review diet
  • Discussion of Nutrition Recommendations and Healthy Diet
  • Review of current diet & nutrition habits
  • 7 Day food log and detailed analysis
  • Take home results of dietary analysis
  • Weekly communication via email, Skype or phone
  • Quarterly re-assessment of body composition, or as-needed
  • Monthly re-assessment of 7 day food log, or as-needed
  • Recipes
  • Meal Planning

Sports Nutrition Consultation

$150
The sports nutrition consultation covers what to eat before, during and post-exercise or competition. What you eat surrounding exercise can make a HUGE difference in performance. This is a great add-on to the Nutrition Consultation.

What’s included:

  • Basic discussion of fuels utilized during exercise
  • Discussion of current recommendations for endurance athletes
  • Take home summary of of Nutrition Before, During & Post-exercise
  • Individualized recommendations



Additional Meeting

$50
Additional meeting: check in on progress, plan, discuss, and modify current nutrition strategies, or answer/discuss any other questions.
